Do I need any design experience?
Not at all. All you need is your logo (or basic brand assets) and we handle everything else — mockups, product setup, and store listing. If your logo needs a clean-up, we can help with that too.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Zero minimum. Products are printed on demand — one item or one thousand, the process is the same. You never carry stock or buy upfront.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, then shipping depends on destination. For US orders, expect 5–10 business days total. We ship internationally.
Can I order product samples first?
Yes — and we recommend it. Samples let you check print quality and product feel before promoting to your customers. Just place a single order through your store or contact us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We fulfil orders globally. Most major markets including the US, UK, Europe, and Australia are fully supported. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What if a customer wants a refund?
Since products are made-to-order we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a print defect or quality issue, we will reprint or refund at no cost. Quality is guaranteed.
